Who we are
The founder and CEO, Nozipho Magudumane – Tladi is a Graduate Clinical Technologist ( Nephrology). She has been in the dialysis fraternity since 2002 working as a Clinical Technologists, Unit Manager, in Sales and Marketing division, and a Training Manager. She also served and continue to serve as a Treasurer at the Dialysis Association of South Africa DASA (2014- 2023); a Trustee Mahogany Renal Trust (2017- 2024), a part time lecturer at Central University of Technology, Exco member at the Renal Care Society of South Africa.
The CEO has trained dialysis staff across the region including Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe and Zambia. She is passionate about education and development in the health care sector. Providing quality healthcare is the cornerstone of achieving best clinical outcome for patients and it is in this space that INILE Pty Ltd thrives and to expand beyond.
